Hi, my name is Elly Walker and I am Little Kindy Walcha‘s centre Director. In 2017 I began my career in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry where I had completed my traineeship through a small preschool service on the Central Coast. I further pursued my career moving to a rural area in the Mid North Coast where I further strengthened my skill set and knowledge at a long day care service, when I truly developed a passion for working with young children in their learning and development. After 3 years I relocated to this wonderful town we call Walcha where I was welcomed into  Walcha Preschool and developed trusting relationships with the children and their families in the area and developed a deeper understanding of education and care services in a rural town. When Little Kindy had offered me an opportunity to become part of their team and further assist Walcha‘s childcare services, I initially extended my skills into a Room Leader position and now the centre Director where I endeavour to provide high quality of care to all of the children and families at our service.

*Our fees are before the Child Care Subsidy (CCS). Little Kindy Walcha is seeking to be registered and eligible for CCS support
